Mohammed AlHasnah is a visionary leader and seasoned executive with over three decades of experience across various fields, including government relations, energy, business development, and international investment. He most recently served as the Deputy Minister for International Relations at the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the International Relations Agency, developing global partnerships, and co-leading international engagement strategies to attract foreign investment. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President at the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships, where he led high-level strategic alliances with key Asian countries, including India, Korea, and Japan. His leadership experience also extends to Saudi Aramco, where he held several senior roles, most notably as CEO of Aramco Asia Korea — a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Aramco — as well as Director of Transactions & Portfolio Management, and Senior Project Manager for the landmark partnership between Saudi Aramco and Total (SATORP). AlHasnah holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University and has completed numerous executive programs, including leadership development courses in both Saudi Aramco and the United States. He is recognized as a strategic thinker and impactful communicator, known for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, negotiate complex deals, and build sustainable, cross-border partnerships.

Dr. Fahad Yousef Aleatany is an international expert in Business Administration and International Economics, and a university professor with over three decades of academic and practical experience. He holds an advanced diploma as an expert and arbitrator in global trade policies from the World Trade Organization, a Ph.D. in Business Administration and International Economics from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, an MBA from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University. Dr. Aleatany has held numerous leadership and advisory positions in both government and academic institutions. Notably, he served as the Scientific Coordinator for several official local and international forums on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was also Head of the European Union Affairs Office at the Saudi Embassy in Brussels, Director General of the Department of International Organizations Affairs at, in parallel with his role as General Supervisor of the E-Commerce Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Director General of Administrative Development Directory at King Abdulaziz University. He has also served as a consultant to various entities in the fields of global trade, economic blocs, e-business, and modern management applications and strategies. Dr. Aleatany is considered one of the pioneers in the application of e-commerce and e-government in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has made significant contributions to the establishment of academic programs and professional diplomas in fields such as tourism, medical secretarial studies, and air travel. He has represented the Kingdom in dozens of international forums and conferences, and has participated in official committees at both local and international levels, including the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Expert Committee on E-Government, and as an official representative at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) level. He has authored numerous research papers and conducted workshops in areas such as management, the digital economy, and World Trade Organization agreements. In addition, Dr. Aleatany is a former columnist for Okaz newspaper and a media commentator who has appeared on several local, regional, and international news channels including Al Jazeera, Al Arabiya, and CNBC.

Abdulaziz Alsalamah is a trade and customs expert with over 17 years of experience in customs compliance, international logistics, and trade facilitation. He has held key roles at Saudi Customs, KPMG Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi Vision 2030 Office. He advises clients across sectors including food & beverage, healthcare, construction, oil, gas, and government, with expertise in tariff classification, customs valuation, bonded zones, and import/export procedures. He has also represented Saudi Arabia in regional and international trade forums. Abdulaziz holds a Master’s in International Business from Swinburne University of Technology and certifications in international supply chain management.

A senior administrative consultant and institutional development expert with over 30 years of experience in public administration, training, and strategic consulting. He has held key leadership roles within government institutions and Saudi universities and has contributed to major national development initiatives. Dr. Al-Qahtani holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and is a member of several international advisory and research bodies, including the CAMOT Academy at the University of Cambridge and ICEF in Germany.
